Lead Mediator

Dr. Philip Lindholm is the Founder and Lead Mediator of Concord Counsel. He brings to each mediation a rare depth of perspective, shaped by his experience as a CEO, real estate consultant, grief counselor, Air Force Chaplain, and student of the law.  Philip trained in mediation at Seattle University School of Law and the Pierce County Dispute Resolution Center, and currently serves in the Puyallup Tribal Court as both mediator and spokesperson, helping resolve disputes with cultural sensitivity and mutual understanding. He also served as an extern with the City of Tacoma Prosecutor’s Office where he gained hands-on experience in municipal law and restorative justice practices.

Philip takes a facilitative approach to mediation in which the parties feel respected and heard.
